General nutrition map.
Regimen of nutrition for 42 days
Every day scheme of nutrition
Breakfast from 06 - 11
-1 soupspoon of egg's shell extract
-Coffee spoon of beer yeast
-300, 500, 700, 1000 gr. of beetroot juice (combination)
-100, 200, 300, 500 gr. of carrot juice
-100, 200, 300, 500 gr. of fruit juice (home made)
-2,3,4 bananas
-Fruit by wish (seasonal)
Lunch from 12 to 20
-Seasonal salad made with olive's oil, sea salt and apple's vinegar (of single vegetables more kinds or combined without bread)
After half hour of eating the salad and one of the mentioned food if it is permitted
-Potatoes, boiled, roasted with shell or boiled vegetable
-Rice, boiled or baked (usually)
-Pod’s (bean pods or pea or lentil or Soya)
-
-Sea fish
-1 to 2 slices’ of black bread
Note: You take the food singular (for ex. you eat only potato or just pea, do not garnish food ex. potato with rice and etc.
After three hours from lunch (until then you don't eat anything else) you can eat salad (seasonal). If it is permitted you can eat once again of the upper mentioned food or salad, or fruit, lately till 20 o'clock.
